I want to return a product. How to do it?

  1. Oh no! Do you want to return something?
    No problem, you have 14 days to return your package, the return process is done in 3 simple steps:
  2. Within 14 days of receiving the order, contact us by e-mail at
    Our employee will arrange a return date with you. If the size does not match and you want to exchange the goods, place the order again and we will refund you the cost of the second shipment.
  3. Pack the product carefully so that it does not get damaged during shipping, attach the return form (download it here) . Send the package to the address indicated below:

    Please do not send parcels „cash on delivery”, we do not collect such parcels.

We will initiate a refund procedure within 14 days of receiving the return shipment. We will transfer the funds to the account provided by you in the return form.


Do you want to make a complaint?

Here are 3 simple steps:

  1. Send us a photo of the defective product to
    Perhaps this is enough for us to consider the complaint. When submitting a complaint, do not forget to provide your order number or data that will allow us to identify you.
  2. Then, after receiving further instructions, it will be possible to return the defective product to the following address:

  3. After receiving the defective product, positive consideration of the complaint and after consulting with you, we will decide what to do with the complaint: whether we repair the product, replace it with a new one, or refund the money.

We will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel with the goods complained about. The reply will be given in the same form in which the application or complaint was submitted.
