Returns

I want to return a product. How to do it?

Oh no! Do you want to return something?
No problem, you have 14 days to return your package, the return process is done in 3 simple steps:

  1. Within 14 days of receiving the order, contact us by e-mail at kontakt@kolkokrzyzyk.pl
    Our employee will arrange a return date with you. If the size does not match and you want to exchange the goods, place the order again and we will refund you the cost of the second shipment.
  2. Pack the product carefully so that it does not get damaged during shipping, attach the return form (download it here) . Send the package to the address indicated below:

  3. We will initiate a refund procedure within 14 days of receiving the return shipment. We will transfer the funds to the account provided by you in the return form.

Complaints

Do you want to make a complaint?

Here are 3 simple steps:

  1. Send us a photo of the defective product to kontakt@kolkokrzyzyk.pl.
    Perhaps this is enough for us to consider the complaint. When submitting a complaint, do not forget to provide your order number or data that will allow us to identify you.
  2. After receiving further instructions, it will be possible to return the defective product to the following address:

  3. After receiving the defective product, positive consideration of the complaint and after consulting with you, we will decide what to do with the complaint: whether we repair the product, replace it with a new one, or refund the money.

We will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel with the goods complained about. The reply will be given in the same form in which the application or complaint was submitted.

Most of the products you find in our store are in stock. However, we are a small company and it happens that we have to add some things on a regular basis. Therefore, the average order fulfillment time is approximately 3 business days. If it turns out that we need more time, we will inform you about it. The time that we will need for shipping is indicated next to each product. At the time of shipment, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track the package.

5. Delivery time

DHL and InPost shipments are delivered within 24 hours of posting (on business days). In a few cases, a parcel is delivered within 48 hours of posting. Parcels by Poczta Polska are delivered within the range of 24 to 48 hours.
